Remove the alternator cover, then there's a 14mm bolt in the center of the stator. Turn this counter clockwise with a 14 mm wrench. If it doesn't turn you have much bigger issues.

Remove the plugs and spray in a penetrating oil called "Kroil". It works great>>>> http://www.kanolabs.com/ Once the Kroil has had time to soak, you can put the bike in first gear and rock it back and forthto try to free up the motor.......
