I like that the "Sneak Peak" was in B&W. Really gives it an official vibe...;)

Just a heads up G; I didn't forget to ship...I got smacked in the face with a bout of creativity so the carving is taking a little longer than anticipated but your fork brace should be REALLY light and stout. Pics to come.....

Ok, here's the rough-out.....
At this point I still need to cut the final recesses for the clamp bolts and get 10mm longer bridge bolts because there's washers that need to go under them and they're a tad short as they are now. Once this work is done I'll get to de-burring and smoothing the pieces out then it'll be off to you!

No sweat G, send'm along when you're ready, in the mean time we can hash out visual details and I'll save it in your file.

Are you gonna make these to order? How much?

That's the plan sir, hit me with a PM and we can discuss it. At this point they are all kinda one-off as measurements vary, but yeah I'd be happy to make you one. I need to get the CAD work done so they can be a 'mix and match' proposition....
Thanks for your interest my friend...

forgot to heap praise on this bit too! I friggin' LOVE the headlight nacelle/housing/fairing bit. Needs a 3" projector glaring out from the cutout.

Thanks Joe! I did a lot of calculations to come up with what I could carve away and still yield the strength where it was needed. It's pretty light too, even with the burly hardware.

/\That right there is dedication. It's pretty easy to do that kinda stuff with a milling machine, but it takes a certain kind of temerity to go at it by hand.

Holy fuck that thing is ready for the apocalypse! Where are you mounting the compressed air arrow launchers? Please, please, dont make this thing too pretty.

Very disappointed in myself that I haven't seen this yet. Phenomenal, Lou! This thing is all kinds of epic. Im watching now...!

Brake holes and slots look good, now cover them with brass screen from the inside. If you don't go turbo I'd look at a Vincent head pipes for inspiration, take the rear cylinder forward and over the case and down to join the front cylinder.
Cheers, 50gary

Almost, couple weeks left, then I'll be back to my usual DTT troll duties.

I know what you mean man. I am mid build in the new shop space, and have to keep pushing on with it so I have that place to work. I know all about working in the cold. It sucks. Nonetheless, glad to see ya rockin' it up there bro. Keep slingin'.
