Vapor/Vapour Blasting in North America at least typically refers to glass bead blasting with the aid of water, and of course compressed air.
Dry Ice Blasting is just that - Dry Ice Blasting. Interestingly widely available in Canada, but typically used on a much larger scale than blasting parts. It's used to clean industrial equipment, remove mold from attics etc. Ideal as no blasting media is left behind - not even baking soda can match the disappearing act dry ice has up its sleeve.
