Considering gauge mounting.. found this mount from another Honda.. don't know if I want to use it or just go with dual mini gauges.. what do you guys think?

Lots of posts today.. laid tank and tail on the roller... It's gonna look sweet! Next step is figuring out mounts for them both.

I'd opt for the duel mini gauges, but that's just my personal preference. That tank is gonna look great.

To elaborate, since you're using clubmans I think using two gauges would fill that area that the bars frame out quite nicely. Again, personal preference.

I'd say that the dual mini gauges would look better as well. That mount just juts so far out there.

good work man. i have yet to see a mojave tank on a bike that doesnt look badass, considering it for my current build as well.

yeah man! Go for it!

Cut tabs, smoothed some welds and shortened the frame today. Made a mock battery from foam board until the one I ordered comes in. Figured out where we will mount the battery and electronics. Also mounted the other shocks I had in one of the boxes of goodies. They need some cleaning up but will be fine while doing the frame mods. Taking tomorrow off. Hopefully more progress Friday.

Shred,
Looking great so far. I ordered billet top fork tree bridge and mini gauges from DCC, so I'm leaning toward mini gauges for your project.

Everytime I see your tank I cry a little bit inside. (I'm using stock tank). :-[

Just put in my order this morning. I'm still cleaning up wheels. At some point I hope to get a roller together. ;D

Keep your progress reports coming!

Let me know how your wheel polishing goes.. my wheels need some love too. Weighing out my options on what route to take.
