Triumph's are more rare than Honda CB's. Anyone who argues against that has an axe to grind. Just look at numbers, or any of the popular moto sites (pipeburn, bike exif, motorcycle pic of the day, etc). Every other post is a Japanese bike and every 3rd post is a Honda. They sold 250,000 CB450's in the United States alone. If the conversation is about rarity, which it seems to have become, then any Triumph is more rare than a CBxxx.
Don't get me wrong. I have a 450 and I love Honda's. I was just saying, to me, the Thruxton is better in every way. To you folks who are clearly geared towards vintage cafe racers I can understand why you'd be partial to the CB.
Anyway. No one should take what I wrote as a challenge. If we all agreed the place would be fucking boring.
