LoL. Just posing for the gf in my basement. But yeah that's what those leathers do! They've already helped me survive a 70mph lowside at the track (on my gsxr) and the leathers are still useable. ;D

Out with the old and in with the new.
Just couldn't squeeze my middle age "pooch" into the old faithful size 40 any more.

So Yesterday I got my B-day present a little early seeing as I apparently am now a size 44!

I love this thread. Great to see all the vintage leather jackets. I have been looking for one forever but at 6ft 220lbs its challenging to say the least. Not many vintage coats made that big. I may have to settle for a new jacket .....boooo

Heres my oldy & newy........... The old one is beat to hell, its survived 2 laydowns.... And yes thats a Woody patch.. (she's gonna live in the closet now :() An yes I painted Betty Page as Shiva on the back circa 1997... She's has served me well......

But I love when a friend kicks you down his old stuff (thank you Randy Huwett of British & American in Doraville GA)... Not bad for a 10 plus yr old jacket...... NOW it needs patches...... (looking to get my DTT patch soon)

ehhh... its been awhile since Ive added anything interesting to this thread...
Here are a few jackets of "honourable mention" that I found in my closet over the past few months...

Vintage "Made in England" TT Leathers... (seemingly becoming more common than a grass in a field)

Here is one of particular rarity:
Vintage "Made in Germany" waist length (not a 3/4 length jacket), Hein Gericke "SteamPunk - American CivilWar-ish" freakin cool jacket:

Just love the spot work on that jacket...

Leon you have some sweet jackets. How many do you have? Also did you make a light box or something for taking such well lit pictures?

Here is my new British Motorcycle Gear Montana Jacket with a fresh rub down of Leather Honey.

Thanks man... I have no idea. I just find them in my closet. :)
No, no light box. Just laid flat on the bed with the shudders open...

Here's a few that I'm selling

This is my next jacket

Found this in the back of my closet back when I used to nerd it up. I made the chain mail myself. I used to have a patch of chainmail in the front but it ripped off.
What do you guys think?

Not leather, here I am at Delaware Vally Norton Riders event last Sun. One of several there rocking vintage Belstaf waxed cotton.

I'm still itching to pull the pin on a Belstaff Trialmaster but can't quite muster the courage to drop $500 on one yet.
