Fair point hopefully the head light will be here before Friday then I can have a play on Saturday and work out the kinks.

Just one pic today with the big light on.

Looking real good mate! You should make up a 'mesh screen' to fit in the triangle sections, would look awesome!

I'm not finished with the back end yet i have some plate i'm going to use to protect the bottom of the seat and the electrical bits, after i get them done i will take a step back and see what i think.

at the moment i kind of like the gap, but i will see how it goes as an everyday ride.

Some good news from the man room this morning, my new headlamp has arrived.

things that are going to happen this Friday and Saturday.

1. move ignition switch to keep the front tidy.
2. re-mount the speedo again to tidy front end.
3. fit head lamp mounts and lamp.
4. Sort the clip ons, as not happy with them moving when tightened down. May have to get some different ones as not keen on the machined ally look.
5. Fit kill switch
6. Adjust mirrors so i might be able to see something behind me.
7. make a shim for the exhaust so it actually seals.
8. chop front fender and paint.
9. make up the ally plates for the rear fender protection.

and finally No. 10, go for a bloody ride on the thing!!!!

word of advice for those new ACE owners out there dont start modding or you will never stop.

Front end all done just need to chop the fender and it's almost all sorted for this week.

Lowered the dials nearly ready to move the ignition but might wait til I get a new speedo.

looking good, where did you get the clip ons ?

They are from OO they are ok but I think I will change them as I don't think they are right for the bike.

Probably going to try and get some steel ones nice and simply. I think steel ones would suite the bike?

Bike building breakfast!

Yep they look perfect the CNC'd ones are just a bit bulky.

Who did you buy yours through stroker?

They are pretty nice.

Just been out for a ride finally only did 50k's but that was enough in this heat.

Learned a couple of things, what the bike sounds like when it's running out of fuel, the performance of the bike is dramatically reduce when it runs out of fuel and my bar end mirrors are really hard to get in the right place!

And some pics seen as the sun is out.

Sorry for the crap quality pic but the wife took the card out the camera and took it away with her for three weeks.

Performance was noticeable better with fuel in the tank,

She seems to be working really well accelerated up hill to 85Kmh with no problems, making the ride to work much easier.

A little bit of a tidy up, swapped for some shorter stainless bolts.
