Hey guys, I've had this wire disconnected for a while have no clue where it goes just curious what it does. I was hoping it has something to do with my turn signals because they haven't worked since I got the bike. Any input is appreciated.

We need those things to help.

My guess is a Honda CB250-360.
In which case it should be for the indicator. Is there another on the other side of the headlight?

Sorry, been scatter brained all day. Its a 1971 CL350 Honda. And no I didn't see another one on the other side.

No, but the thing is that this has been disconnected for awhile or even since I got it for all I know. And the neutral light just quit working recently.

Yeah looking at the diagram it looks like a ground for the neutral light. Anyway I am out of ideas. Hopefully someone else can help you more than I could.
I will just leave this here just in case.

Where does the other side of it lead to?

What Coal is saying is that it is an additional ground wire. One up the front as well as the back. (well at least that is my understanding)

Yup. Coal was right. Should just be an additional ground wire for the gauge cluster.

Is it green? If so, then it's definitely a ground. Trace it back to the component its grounding using the wiring diagram.

Its black. This is somewhat off topic but does anyone know what would cause none of the turn signals to work? I've already ruled out a bad bulb.
