Meltdown 2013: Camp. Drink. Eat.

No sweat. I have a back packing hammock that I would use if it were an option but I have other means of shelter as well.

Sorry if I've already asked: You have people coming with?

Beer!

As of right now it's just me. I might be able to talk my brother-in-law into coming with me but that'd be it.

Yep, we hope to have a lot of different beers that weekend. at least those shown in quantity, and some more too...

You have a bourbon fave E? We tend to bootleg for our non KY friends :)

You know, I'm actually not that familiar with a lot of bourbons... ive usually stuck to scotch, and brandy once in a while, but I'd gladly try anything you want to bring!

I'm strictly a beer connoisseur but I always feel compelled to share the states drinking water with those who like it :)

Looks ready to ride to me.... and Logan, we've seen your drunk posts... you're not one to talk!

OK, we have been so busy planning for Raleigh EuroBike... it has gotten huge. I haven't been able to breathe on this one... but Robin and I are planning to come, and we'll bring the massive DTT banner. You guys gonna set up a tent for the flokes to hang in at the event?

We have a spot or two left for vendors. If you wanna set up a tent at the show, I'll reserve a space for you. I can give you a break on the vendor fee. Or if you just wanna hang the D3T banner, I can find a spot for that too.

That's cool... thanks Hugg!

Tim had said Mr. E was scheming on something.

Hair - ya'll still got some camping spots?

Mr. E is always scheming ;)
Yes, we absolutely do!! Plenty of camping area :D

Well we weren't planning on a tent at the show (Logan with Rust Revival is) but I was wanting to put a banner/marker of sorts in my front field for Dtt peeps to know where we are for camping and cookout, etc for the weekend.

Funny you should say that... we got lost trying to find Kiley's on the way to Barber, I pulled over to check the map, my girlfriend pulled over on her bike and stepped into a hole, fell over. A truck pulled over to help her, then someone called 911 and said a truck had hit a bike. Within 3 minutes we had 2 cops, an ambulance, and a fire truck there with all lights ablazing. We were right across the street from Kiley's place... lol! So, it IS good to have signs telling you where to go ;D

Yes she was OK... bruised her arse and her pride..

So Tim got us a BIG ASS banner for EuroBike. It is kick ass, but a helva thing to lug around. I got a smaller "factory second" version that is more portable and slightly less likely to walk off, and we have some small DTT banners made up for EuroBike last year. We'll bring somethin. We can still put up at Meltdown also, I guess!
