Got some sweet inverted forks from Brian at JB Moto. in Wrightsville Pennsylvania. Those guys have the best collection of vintage 2 stroke street bikes like the rd350's and some other really neat stuff.

Awesome looking - can't wait to hear it with the turbo. Also looking forward to seeing how you sort the tank.

Been checking out your work and your how-to videos - nice instructional stuff.

Some More Progress

1. Custom 3/4 Inch solid Copper kick pedal.
2. Stainless shank and shaft for the kick. Custom nut to hold the kick on.
3. Got the two half shells tacked up and getting ready to weld them right now.

I'd hook up with Hugh and do a 277 rephase if I were planning on pushing over 70 horsepower.

Otherwise, the added cost and complexity of the turbo will just be a show item, and not an overly reliable rider.

But that's just me. Are you guys expecting a big horsepower increase with the turbo? Or more just a mild boost like 10-15 easy horsepower?

More done today.

Welded up the gas tank, fabricated a oil tank that has a flat edge. Fabricated the exhaust. Pretty productive day all in all. Thanks to Billy and Jeremy for all their help as well.

Man, everytime I see a wide angle shot of your shop I get jealous. Space like that in Toronto just a) doesn't exist or b) is $20/sq ft to rent.

Gotta have a closer look at where you've got the footpegs - I'm likely picking up one of the Lone Wolf and one of the MK4 frames from David for a friend of mine and myself.

Are you going to fit the rest of the engine mounts?
case aint going to last long with top and rear upper missing, they can crack on more or less stock bikes

nice. love the frame. inverted forks are the shit. great job with the tank.
