I know this section is for tanks and seats, but I have to say that exhaust is amazing! Love the tail though, and like how the light just floats there, nice work.

Thanks bro...
Its nothing special actually.
Its just a CL450 pipes with the mufflers cut out and I just slapped on cheap MAC mufflers:

I forgot to remove it... Its gone now..LOL...
That's for when you REALLY need leverage.....hehe

How radical does the foot position feel with the pegs on the passenger mounts? How tall are you?
I've been contemplating doing the same on my 500T, but I'm 6'1" with 36" inseam and I'd like to be able to ride the bike for more than 30 miles a shot...LOL! Thoguhts on that?

hmmm... thats a good question...
believe it or not, with the low clip-ons, I found it much more comfortable, (believe it or not), than being crunched up in almost a fetal postion!..
Im 5'7 height and I like all my bikes with the controls off the passenger peg.
I know it looks extreme but its pretty comfortable.

Alright so I am a little late on the game here, but I am interested in this project of yours (er...well completed project!). How do you figure out what model tank fits with what seat pan?

easy.. all cb450 tanks are the same size in length and therefore all work with any cb450 seats on any cb450 bikes... at least from my experience...

k so by this token, what range of CB models should I consider for a CB360 seat pan?

For the cowl section, you can use any tank you want...Its all based on the shape or whats laying around in the garage...
Im building a seat section for LoveHertz's cb360 and Im just using an old xs650 tank...I"ll make it fit.

Cool! I am following your guide as soon as I snag a 360 seat pan and a junked tank.

Hey, well if you are interested, I have a spare donor cb360 seat pan in fairly decent shape you have have for $30 or so + shipping if you want.
The foam is still in great shape, you can shave it for the seating area but you'll need to get it properly leathered after you put the cowl on..

just a thought,. Its just sitting here.

I was noticing that you have rearsets mounted, but the stock brake pedal is still on the bike. Is the linkage hooked directly to it or something? Just curious...

No.. I just forgot to take off the stock pedal when I took that pic.
After I noticed it, I pulled it off.. It served no function... Although I could have kept them on and said they were Forward controls....LOL..
