New piston or not?

Well getting som 750 pistons for $100 is no problem. The $350 machining is a bit more of a problem right now :)

Who's charging much less is the better question.

And for what it's worth... I would use those $100 pistons for ash trays. Triple that for decent forged pistons.

Just get one used piston and ride it for the summer. hone bores for new rings and don't beat on it for first 500 miles or so

Used parts for 650:s are really hard to find were I live. So I got my hands on one NOS piston from US. Same price as 4 used. But I only need one :)
