We're gonna have to have a NW GR650 meet at some point. On second thought, the universe may implode with three in the same place at the same time!

Ha! Rest assured, I've tried 3 and nothing happened. You guys will be fine.

Well my bike is in pieces as I try and sort out a electrical issue and thats fine as the snowmobiles are pulled outta hibernation and its that time of year to smell like 2 stroke :)

Thanx to Big Rich for coming thru ... once again on parts.
Installed new to me fuse box , and now I have power .... unlimited POWER! lol
Turn signal relay works Rich but doesn't flash :(
Still gota take the tank to my fabricator to fix and then paint and back on the RD!

Oh and soulreaper .......
This was last sunday ;)

Hmmmm.... do all 4 individual signal lights work? And are they stock sizes? There's a couple different problems that can cause that, but I'm not sure where your system is at.

all lights come on when I indicate them and they are small bullets.
all electrical connections have been gone thru .

Ah, I see. Most likely those small bullet signals are drawing less amperage than the stock lights. So you'll need an electronicrelay, usually found at Autozone or similar. I rrecommend the ones from superbrightleds, personally.

Sorry man.

Electronic relay ? Please indulge me and excuse my ignorance .
Possibly a part # as well .

Normal turn signal relays rely on a bi-metal strip that heats up and bends to make and break electrical contact. Flick the switch, the light turns on, current flows through the bi-metal "reed", heats it up, bends it, then the contact is opened, then it cools down and bends back, closing the circuit, rinse, repeat. LEDs draw such a low current, the bi-metal strip only heats up and bends a little and and then cools quickly. This causes a fast blinking cycle, or no blink at all if the LEDs draw so little current that the bi-metal never heats up enough to bend it in the first place. Electronic blinker relays use a timer circuit to control the blink rate and they don't care how much current your signals draw. This one will work:

Gotchya
That's what I thought . Brings me back to my VW Beetle years.
Well my bullets are not LED so I suspect the blinker relay is INOP.
I can here it click but I guess its not heating and cooling as it doesn't flash but lights just come on.

I can send you my original GR650 flasher relay if you want it. I'm using an electronic one now for my LED turn signals. Send me a PM with your address and I'll pop it in the mail this weekend.
