I cant wait to see what it looks like when its cleared
the blue foam is actually a camping matress that i have had for years.
i couldnt find anything else, so i decided to just cut it up.
Its so shapable its great. and the 3 layers on the passenger seat make it very comfortable.
i used the stock cbr600 front seat and added a layer of the blue to raise it and fill the gap to the tank.
Now thats a true one off color, Looks great. I would have never had the balls to just mix some colors and try it! Props man! Do you have any left over in case you have more parts you want that color? Kept up the work and the post!
It's a cafe fighter! Superb work! Definitely takes some vision to see a svelte fighter under all that original body work! However, I liked the way the front of the old seat came up to meet the tank...Katana-ish. The color looks amazing with the silver and black. Any ideas for badges on the tank or anything? Keep it up, looks awesome! -Joe
Nice work so far! That's almost the same colour I'm using on my bike! Have tou ever been to this site? Pretty cool stuff. http://vintagefighters.yuku.com/
lookin great! Just please dont put a headlight fairing on it that looks like an alien or a helmet or whatever. So many street fighters look pretty cool and then they just have some straight up tacky crap slapped on them..
