Neat, what's it off? (CBX750?)
You may need the adapter bolt to hold sandwich plate to crankcase, I think they are still available from Honda (probably not cheap though?)

Buddy brought over a set of these JIS Impact screwdrivers after I busted two covers and stripped out a dozen screws using a standard impact. They are magic. Bought a set that night, it was like when Wayne sees Cassandra for the first time in Wayne's world..... Not sure how I've managed over the years without a set... Lots of drill outs I guess

I use Vessel screwdrivers, they are awesome.

$6.57 on ebay.

GT550 belt buckle. I wont wear it so it will probably just go on a wall in my garage.

A student just brought me a free CL350 roller w/ title.

The "longer" adapter bolt came with it, Is from an 83 Nighthawk 750

Trying to keep everything lined up was a pain so Honda modified design with a standard bolt and adapter. The long bolt can be used with the long CB650 filter housing to get even more oil in the system and a little more surface area for cooling
Nighthawk uses same motor as CBX750 so I made a good guess ;D

Got the "carbies" in, they are all there less needle and clip on one... matched set #1 an #2 not sure if there Amal or a another Britt carb?? a few minutes spining and rubbing and it looks like they will shine again!! insides are spotless:

from the slides sticking and them idling to high

never seen ones that shiny and nice that have been used lol

i have a box full of them that i have removed over the years

I can see the sticking happening, the "small" slide spring is offset to one side, I see no reason you can't use a spring from a different carb to push down more even... For $13 I will put em on the shelf and look at em haha!

Bulltaco Hill!!!

RD
