Torque converter for my pit bike project

Wow, Harbor Freight or Glenn's Surplus? Or both?

Hmmm, if I'd follow the thread I'd already know the answers, huh? Oh well, following now. You've been a busy boy!

70 bucks no title no keys no runnin. I went to get a package deal he had this and a ct70. I really only wanted the ct70 but he sold it minutes before I got there. No idea what I'm gonna do with it. No room in the garage for it and I don't think it's pretty enough to make the cut for inside the house bikes

The formula for motorcycles needed is a law I can't deny.

Sled Head pit bike... gonna put a ski on it for winter?

haha those little CVT's really make a big difference in go karts and the likes. Back when I was 12 or 13 I had a go kart with a 9 horse briggs on it. I swapped out the centrifical clutch for one of these bad boys and that thing couldn't get going full speed without getting the wobbles bad. ( probably cuz the front end was worn out ) I think the gps read 42mph at one time, which for a kid, 3 inches off the ground is scooting right along. I could sure cover some back country roads as a kid on that thing lol

harbor freight for the engine, glens for the wheels and ebay for the torque converter. Glenns wanted $200 for the torque converter setup and I got it on the bay (Chinese copy of the comet, parts interchange) for $85 to my door

The custom tank that was made for me by a fabricator in RI.

TT500 set up for the Baja 1000. Well not really, but thats what it looks like.

It is a BEAST, and runs like a bat outta hell. I can't kick the bike over without using the compression release. Also came with a Profab swinger, but I dont think it was meant for a TT.

New lid...
