Was in the market for a new pair of riding boots and decided to pick up a pair of these:
Nice, heavy-duty leather, very well built. Opted for the black shin plate over the chrome one. A little more low-key....Well, that and they didn't have my size in the other! ;D
congrats..
now lets not have this end up in a million piece in your garage.. have a thread about it 1300 pages and then finally give up on it like the last 50 or so bikes.
i mean its mid summer... id hose it off.. do the maintence u gotta do to make it reliable and just rock it stock. end the season early.. take oct-march to do what u want.
if you dont end up riding this to rockers vs mods you should be banned from DTT
Itll get new tires and a chain, a bath, a proper seat (already on its way) and a tune up. Thats it for now. Oh maybe some lower bars that I have in the garage. Thats all though... For now.
Got mine from www.denniskirk.com. I absolutely love it.......except one of the 6 bolts that hold the cap snapped. Oddly enough, it was after I put anti-seize on the bolt and I was actually loosening the bolt when it broke.
