Damn, I forgot how much I love these bikes. One of my favorite stock Suzukis. You just brining it back to life or modifying?

I found an OEM headlight kit with light coil on ebay, so its getting lights and restoration.

I added a new helmet to my collection, first open face.

My parts finally came in from DCC yesterday, they must have been held up and the border because they took twice as long as usual. Now the build can continue and if i'm lucky and the rain hold off i can take it for an incognito shake down run.

Needed a new Snell 2010 helmet for playing at being a racer and it had to be price effective. Found this at Nielens in lake Villa for a killer price. Fresh from the factory March 2013 manufacture.

Cool bike. My dad has one, a '97 I believe, tucked in the corner of his garage that hasn't been ridden in years, lol.

Why don't you get it out and ride it then? Haha!

Bought a pair of repro sidecovers for my R75/6. Lost the right side a couple weeks ago. Got some decals for them too - all on their way to Kiley for some fresh black paint.

I suppose I should have bought the 900cc decals. Cheapest displacement boost ever.

Not bike related, but I picked up four of these to "dress up" the wifes Yukon.
(from the CL ad)

I then spent about an hour knocking most of the ugly off of them.

The old centercaps were beat up. So I ordered new shorty caps and added GMC decals for an OEM style look.

Then mounted new tires (that it needed anyway), and Ta-Dah!

Looks much sportier imo. Sadly, the wife could care less ::)
Not too bad though. All totaled, wheels, caps, decals, and new lugs were all under $225.
