When you get the chance, see if the chain of title includes "Michael Whitesides". My late friend who owned one, along with a Porsche Carrera, Trans Am, Ferrari (named his baby daughter Ferrari), Ducati round case, Kaw 750 triple, and many other cool vehicles.

R.I.P. Mike.

What'd you do for plates?

The dealer in NC filled out the OR paperwork on my behalf and hooked me up with NC temp plates while everything was being sorted out at the DMVs.

I just bought this beast.

Thats a thing of beauty........get a VFD and make it adjustable RPM
Are you going to restore it or leave it with the patina and just clean it?

Nice XV, I was trying to find some coverage of that on my cable or interwebs, no luck yet.
BEin Sports, or MotoGP.com. I have a MotoGP.com subscription. 99 Euros. It's really a great deal.

Subscription on the GP website has far better coverage than watching on tv. Plus, you can watch every race, small bikes through GP from 1992 to now, rider interviews, etc.
