got a bunch more done, but have just been too lazy to upload the pics and post about it.
radiator mounted up
made my own wiring harness, rectifier setup, and buck boost voltage regulator. then made a mount for the battery in the seat pan and mounted a tail light with led bulb. then i modified the headlight and installed a led bulb in it as well.
installed a nissin twin pot front caliper and ebc race pads
sandblasted the seat pan and rear subframe and powdercoated them gloss black. also painted the front fender and headlight fairing metallic red.
seat painted red and made some decals for the swing arm
just finished up repairing some dents in the tank and painting it. this is as it sits as of today:
