Thanks guys!
The 19" Harley narrow glide rim came in, also picked up a 40 spoke 18x2.5 to lace up. I read somewhere that due to the Harley rim being a drop center the spokes may be short enough to work with the 18"...well the spoke are snug but I'm going add washer under the nipples to give a few extra threads for truing the wheel.
I'll update later on how it goes. :)

Laced Harley hub and spokes to 18" rim

Thanks for looking!

What kind of washers are you using under the nipples?

Re: Cb360 Project...Miss Fit! (Frame chopping and zip ties!)

3/16 flat brass washers, drilled to size. :D

Re: Cb360 Project...Miss Fit! (Frame chopping and zip ties!)

Well after two attempts finally picked up the correct stem bearings (thanks stone)!
Still need to redrill the rotors but couldn't help but mock up the rim and rotor :D
Thanks for looking!

Re: Cb360 Project...Miss Fit! (Frame chopping and zip ties!)

This is coming along nicely, Your doing exactly what I want to do on my next project. Now that I am almost done with the more traditional one, I want to see what I can do using modern stuff. Good job

Re: Cb360 Project...Miss Fit! (Cb750 headlight and zip ties!)

Well picked up a Cb750 headlight and bucket...not a 100% sure on it, what do you guys think? Go smaller. The front end is a lot wider now!

Re: The 3sixty Project... (2-1 pipe is here and color choice!)

I had looked at this thread a few times before and kinda just skimmed it. But tonight I really read through it. This thing looks like it will be awesome! The frame mods give it a unique look. Thumbs up!

I really like the headlight, I think it looks perfect with the front end. Are you going to make a swing are support? I really like how the seat is small, you should fit like a glove on in. I also think the rear shocks are great it really gives it a race look, what is the distance eye to eye?

Re: The 3sixty Project... (2-1 pipe is here and color choice!)

Man Peter, just caught up on this brother. It's looking extremely rad man!!!! I love it. I think the headlight size is right on. The only thing I would do to it is move it a couple of inches further away from the forks so it doesn't look so snub nosed if that makes sense. What are you doing for hubs (must have missed it somewhere). I am always curious about what people do for running modern Rotors on spoked wheels. I came up with xs650 hub with cbr rotors for my gsxr forks on the 400.

Anyways, great job man!!! Keep it up!

Edit: Nevermind I see Harley hub now. What Rotors did you find to match up with that rotor brake pattern on the hub? I'm set but I'm always curious what the think tank knowledge holds!!!

Thanks GoingsMoto! Yup! On the swingarm brace, I'm going to try and bend some tube this weekend. Not much room on the seat...is was the look I was going for, but the seat is still in shaping stage. I think the shocks are 14".
Thanks

Thanks man! Great tip on the headlight.
Yes it's a HD narrow glide hub, the rotors are off a 2001 Gsxr 1000. the bolt pattern does not match but there is room for redrill, and member The Red Wonder has created a printable template that provides redrilling markings.
I know what you mean! New info is always good, you never know when you
might use it. :D
