How much welding do you do? and how far are you local suppliers?
If you don't do too much and your local supplier is close i'd say get a small bottle, it will be easy to move around with that unit and you can get it filled cheap. Since i do a lot of welding i'll go through an 80cu tank in a week at my garage, so i borrow a huge 200cu tank off my machinist.
Buying a bottles the way to go, get the cost out of the way that way you can just get it filled. Mom and pop places are a lil further and less convenient but in the long run if they get to know you will treat you great and you can upgrade your tank in the future by doing a trade in. They're also less costly to fill/exchange at.

Just kidding, couldn't resist. Great looking bike. I'm hoping to get started on some of my bike projects soon. Everytime I see someone build one with just basic tools it makes me want to modify stuff.

The front tire has both front and back arrows, depending on which you decide to use.
Kind of odd looking. ???
Heres a pic.
Thanks

Driftunit said:also as far as settings go you will have to find your own preference which will vary depending on material but 35 - 40 WS works pretty good on the 3 V level then 37- 45 WS does good on 4V... low spatter
remember if you get a lot of spatter and popping back off on WIRE SPEED on this machine (a bigger machine you can also bump up your voltage, this one isnt as flexible)
if the wire is melting at the tip bump up your WIRE SPEED (or you can turn down your voltage, chances are if you do this you wont get good penetration with this small machine so id try the first option)
hope this helps and if you have any issues feel free to call or text me ive used this welder for almost 2 years now and have learned it pretty well. 828-284-7075 Kegan

Thanks for all the tips! Ran into a few of the issues you mentioned last weekend, but loving this welder! What a difference for my 90amp flux core!
Question what wire roller tension works best for .30 wire? Also I'm running the c25 gas, what flow works best for you?
Thanks again.

Could you elaborate on using a garbage bag to install tires. I'm almost to the stage in my build to assemble my wheels. Also did you have any rust in the inside center of the rim? Was wondering how you combated that.
Great job! Cant wait to see how this one turns out!
