Sachs 150cc 2-stroke repair

I promise, when i hit the 1/2 ton twice in a day with this, you will be the first to know!
Will need a bit of tuning to reach such incredible speeds.. since the engine is german it might need supercharging and metanolwasser-50 injection to realise its full aryan potential..

80kph. I think you can do it.

Maybe a flatslide carb and a tuned pipe.

"Come on boy you can do it!"
Could probably manage it with the stock fichtel&sachs carb and head turned 180'! Ram effect is brutal and really kicks ass around 60kph, should be enough to get those last 20 going downhill, if i just pooped and with great longing for home!
Will probably need to empty the nutsack of unnecessary weight as well, preferably mid-run. With all that icecream in my face noone is gonna notice anyway..

Just get someone to hold your beer. Should reduce the weight.

That and everyone know it will be awesome when you start with "Hold my beer"

Thats clever thinking mate, problem is after 30 almost all the beer i drink kind of sticks to my gut! The 1/2tonx2 wont be that awesome with someone holding my beergut!

Off to the inspection! Yea i know.. trailering it cause i couldnt get insurance for it at the moment, and gramps wanted to come along, and im unsure of theres any oil left in the gearbox at least the lights, horn and brakes are working so all good!

Love that Volvo wagon but you need a bigger trailer for sure ;D
Its an old mobile home actually. Ripped the house off with forklifters and threw it on the junkpile!

Awww man that's just great!! time for ice cream 8)
Yup. Had to jump on the thruxton and zip over to the refinery and stand by for welding some inconel tonight though, so the celebratory 1/2tonx2 icecream run had to wait..

Good to hear she is on the road.

I wonder if you could weld up a pair of holders mounted to handle bars. One to hold ice cream and one to hold the beer.

Mission accomplished! Congrats. Now to drop one of these in it...
You go first! If it took me 20 years finishing this thing you can imagine how long just finding a sachs rotary is gonna take!
