Re: small stoker honda h100 cafe

i picked up a two brannew rear wheels never been used with perfect spokes so just unlaced them just need a quick polish but look like new but after i got them found out that david sliver spaires sells spoke sets for about 20 quid  but at least ill have two wheel sets stock steel and trick alloy ones :)

Re: small stoker honda h100 cafe

i vote 1 gold.

Out of curiousity, whats the rim size? The hub looks uncannilly like that on my cb125, which has slightly messy rims/spokes/hubs...

Re: small stoker honda h100 cafe

hi rim size is 18.
i allso saw that the small cb hubs look the same was going to check it out but i picked up cheap wheel set to use the spokes hubs. so i never checked it out size wise. i did see that small cb spoke sets are on ebay for cheap i can give you the sizes of the hub and spokes if needed

Re: small stroker honda h100 cafe

just laced the rims and wish i went with gold now  ill see what i will do for the front and might unlace and do gold :)

Haha - love the "electric tape" racing stripe ;D

That little bike has come up a treat. Well done ;)

Re: small stroker honda h100 cafe

This is a really cool bike. I love how light she looks. Are you just running pre-mix or do you have an oil tank hidden somewhere?

Re: small stroker honda h100 cafe

just premix only i do that with most of my bikes i had an oil pump go on me befor :( not good :( least i no thats another part that cant fale :) and saves some space and weight but means i have to keep oil with me but i do have a spair 600 ml umber the seat just incase ;D

Re: small stroker honda h100 cafe

hi have picked up a new project a gp125 come with 3 motors all in bits , and lots of spairs . i was told that the guy i got it from was going to race it but never got a start on it :) . some good bits with it tho he got a disc front forks and wheel to replace the poor drum ,clubmans, ect . this is just like the honda h100 but i plan on doing this track style no lights i am making a start on the wheels first , got the brake plate cut out and will take as much of the hubs as i can and lace them up with new spokes . this is going to be a slow project as i am going to try and put a ktm 300 water cooled motor in it if not ill rebuild on of the motors

Re: small stroker honda h100 cafe

Nice one with the 300 retrofit idea! That'll be a weapon if the chassis holds out.

Bloody nice H100 too, really clean lines.

Cheers - boingk

Re: small stroker honda h100 cafe

is that an orginal hub that you took material out of or is that a new piece? either way its nuts.

Re: small stroker honda h100 cafe

its an orginal hub from a disc front end model . the hub and forks should of been a small drum brake model but the disc model works 10000 time better. i just got it machined took the hub flange down on a lath and put in the cutouts and put some speed holes in it as i saw it on a old race bike at a show and thort it looked trick :)
i just have to do the rear hub now thinking of removing the ribs on the middle cooling fins i think thay are ? has any one dune this befor do thay really cool the hub?

Re: small stroker honda h100 cafe

got the rear hub sorted removed the 4 ribs from the middle of the hub and gave it a quick polish. drilled somes holes and sorted the flanges just got to clean up the cuts and give it a buff

befor
