How are you planning to make those plugs fit? Are you going to add metal to the head?
that is a good question but I do love my Dremel.

22mm reach is WAY too much. I think stock plugs on that bike are D8HA, right? That's only 12.7mm reach.

a long skinny plug would be easy to adapt with a shoulderd insert you could in the end have a cleaner combustion chamber, not that it would make any measurable dif in performance

how would you make one ?you would have to start from scratch

they are considerd a weaker link but would proly be fine for a low load situation like a cam chain

It's actually pretty simple you'd just outrig a second set of plates and use longer pins
But for $2
http://bradsscooters.com/partsstore/?product=219h-offset-link
I'd replace the pin /split pin with something stake able or tig it on
It's probably cheaper and faster to get deliveries to the moon than to New Zealand :)

Just for grins to show how inaccurate the syringe is compared to the graduated cylinder. The syringe was 22ml and the graduated cylinder is 17.5 ml

because it is impossible to calculate cr without it
ok xb33bsa give me your procedure for calculating the cc's of the total combustion chamber...and your margin of error. :)

you need to getcaha a graduatedatated burette
the procedure is common knowledge old as the hills
nothing wrong with doing the math on an estimate of the dome volume then bla bla bla but you cannot fool and actual fisical measurement with fluid and accurate method
trust but verify measure twice
