Victoria! Zeke's CB175 Build

Another trick is a rotisserie for a grill or wrap it up well in towels and throw it in the dryer and tumble it for a feww hours, make sure you seal the tank good though.

I tried electrolysis and it did the same to my tank it only made it worse with all that black grime in the tank, it will flash rust before your eyes.!
It won't flash rust.......I got a rust preventative. ;) Dry Coat Rust Preventative.

Also count the nails/screws so you know how many are supposed to come out.
70 small finishing nails, 20 big finishing, 5 nuts, 8 big washers, 8 lock nut washers, 7 Phillips screws...thanks Maritime.

I don't know if that ratio is going to work with stock carbs

Hope you used the delicate cycle ;D

I got my tank stripped. I'm thinking of putting the 175 tank on the 160 frame.

I am thinking of making the 160 a race bike. That might mean putting in a 5 speed transmission and a 200 head on it. There are so many options I don't really know. Victoria is a vertical engine. I couldn't put it in a sloper frame. I'm thinking of stretching the 160 tank when mom approves that we can have a tig welder.

Ok is the 175 'street'? If so when you strip the stator from lucky to drop weight
Put it in the 175
The 175 stator outputs 80w at 5000rpm
The 200 stator outputs 97w at 5000rpm
They're a bolt on upgrade

That stuff is GREAT for shaping but makes a mess!

You can use anything to cut and shape it. Hack saw, sewing threads, metal file, fingernail file, coping saw, sand paper, even your bare hands can be used to shape contours!

Then throw a few coats of primer on it and for the most part it won't chip or flake.

Oh....and they make for cheap fun boats ;D
