It is impossible to tell based one one dark picture. But it looks like a standard cb360 with a $200 aftermarket seat.
5 years ago you could get on running CB in OK shape for well under $1,000. If the bike runs and has a title, that would be my first offer ( in person). Don't lowball like that with your first text or you will get the guy pissed.

I live in St. Louis, mo. And found a stock 1975 cb 360t last summer for $1200. Ended up putting on headlight, gauges, stator, turn signals and fixing a squeaky front disc brake.

The paint & chrome ate in excellent condition. Previous owner had replaced seat cover.

Less tank and I don't even want the copy cat seat... $300 so ask yourself what the tank is worth.

Its all in whats its worth to you and demand in your area...but I wouldn't pay close to $1800 for it.

Don't get me wrong, I over pay for a ton of shit... But I get a lot of free therapy in working on this crap ::)

I'm with Adventureco 360 is such A finicky bike too.... For the 1800 you can get a clean Ninja 250 and ride the piss out of it even on the interstate and have a blast... Or near any 70's '80s Japanese twin in that condition for that kind of money or less... Knowing what I know about 360s now I'd not do it again unless I absolutely stole the thing

Don't be shy to shop on eBay... You can get a bike shipped across the country for $350-ish. There are bike shippers that have this stuff worked out right...

I wouldn't pay $1800 for it until it's finished..
Still needs quite a lot of work to make it ridable in my opinion.
Rear-sets and a fork brace are the first things so that will drop price by $300~$400
Some form of rear mudguard is also a really good idea, if all the original parts are there they can be modified
If it has stock carbs they will also need 'fixing' or replacement (another $100~$300+)
I guess everyone knows I really like 360's, they are sometimes a PITA but they have much more 'character' than majority of UJM's
They are also incredibly fun bikes to ride (except on interstate or more than 200 miles ;D )
Never been a Kawasaki fan (except KZ 650 and Z1) so a 250 ninja would be out of the question for me personally.

Hell, I'll sell you a nice running GS750 with a bunch of spare parts for $1300. With shipping from PA you'd still be ahead. Lol
