    CB 900 Oil Filter Location???

I got a CB 900 4-1 exhaust header for free...and was going to modify it to fit my CB 650. I cut it into 5 pieces today (took all of 10 minutes on the bandsaw)...separating the 4 downpipes and the collector. I have the smaller flanges from an old set of CB 650 pipes and was going to weld those...

    Torque/reversion cones

Ok it was my understanding that torque cones help create back pressure in open pipes....like for guys that add drag pipes. When installed inside the head pipes these cones act to repel the pulse waves as they return to the engine and alter velocity as the gas passes through the narrower...

    Torque/reversion cones

Anyone have any experience with these on a cb 550/750 exhaust? I'm building my own 4-1 that is currently open. Or is it better to build a baffle? I'm going to be running pod filters as well. Thanks....

    Need help deciding on Paint!

Black is hands down the hardest color to paint and perfect. It just shows every little imperfection and bodywork magnified. Now, if you do an accent color, striping, etc with some different metallic color it really makes the black pop and helps with the whole "perfection" thing.

    To paint or PC?

Depends on your budget. Even though I'm a painter I would still prefer to send my frame out for pc. If you are limited to using rattle cans (no compressor or spray gun) get a good 2k urethane clear. I think spraymax is the brand I've seen at napa. Also use an etching primer on that bare...

Looking for good looking vintage style tires

With how affordable the K70's are you could probably find a used cb 18" rear wheel, buy the tires and still save $$$ compared to buying some other "vintage" tires....
