Anyone riding in the DGR this year? Go AZ is really stepping up this year and hosting their vintage bike show to coincide with the ride.

So I'm rebuilding my CB350f motor and almost to the point of setting the cylinders on the bottom end. I've build plenty of automotive engines and have ring compressors of all sorts of sizes, just not small enough for the 40mm ones in my bike. Any "substitute" ring compressor tools you've used?
September 29th this year, anyone else attending the ride in their neck of the woods?

Anyone up for breakfast at Tortilla Flats tomorrow morning? They open at 8:00 and I plan to be there right around that time. Figuring on starting off at the AJ post office around 7:15-7:30 ish.
Anyone up to participate in the DGR this year? Could do a route starting in Tempe meeting up on Mill somewhere and cruise to Phoenix for lunch near Central somewhere.

Fantastic looking build, I'm curious as to how the 4-1 works out for you. I too have a 73 350f I'm building, do you still happen to have the old 4-2 exhaust? I might likely be interested if its available.
These aren't the droids you're looking for, move along.
Killer bike, any chance you could take a closer picture of the rear "suspension" for me? I'm thinking on bobbing my Norton and would like a little bit of cushion for the sake of being able to take my wife with on the occasional bar hop...
Re: Amen Savior CB750
Bitchin! Any chance you could take a few close up pics of the rear "suspension"? I've got a Norton thats itchin for a bob job and I like the idea of having my wife on the back so a full on hard tail is out of the question.
Well put sir, I'll probably do just that. Come late May when it gets to be too hot to ride everyday I plan on pulling the motor for a reseal/polish and I might put the painted tailpiece on my roof for the duration of the summer to see what happens. Thanks.
