That is correct.

Runs fine on right cylinder, won't run on left alone. With both in it does not run well. After those tests I switched the points wires going to the coils (blue to yellow and yellow to blue) and plugged the right coil in the left cylinder and the left coil in the right one. Bike runs fine on...

I can tell it's not sticking anymore, I think it's just not pushing the push rod in enough to engage the clutch. I've checked and double checked the order of the parts. How much is the mechanism supposed to move when you squeeze the handlebar lever?

So my clutch cable was so sticky that when I let go of the clutch lever it would take 5 seconds to return to normal. Most the time I had to push it back to disengage. I got a new cable and installed it...that case was dirtier that anything I've seen on this bike, some nasty crap was built up...

Fixed the flipped around advancer and she runs again. My next issue is a new idle adjustment screw/cable. Mine was some how broken in half by the PO. Anyone have a carb they want to part out?
