All carbs require proper jetting for your bike and specific intake/exhaust setup. I would not expect the bike to run properly after simply bolting on a different set of carbs. Also, VM24's seem like they would be pretty small for a CB360... Just my $0.02

Looks like custom fabrication to me. Can't be that difficult. It's just a flat plate of either aluminum or stainless steel, cut/bent to fit between the fork tubes. Then you decide on which universal light pods to use and drill some holes.
The ones you have posted above look suspiciously like...

I was more referring to the older style of the zrx fender vs the more modern, angular style of the zx10 fender. The shape of the Zrx unit seems like it would flow better with the front fairing and tail section that you have on there now. Just my $0.02
I do love the way that beast looks though...
That original zrx fender would look pretty slick on your zx10r with that front fairing that you have... Just a thought. :)
