those damn CXers never give up!

That thing looks awesome. But i agree with Speed, you need to raise the rear and drop the front end, then it would have a mean stance (and less trail, you might want to think about a steering damper).

How many of you own a scooter?

I started off on a Honda Elite 150, but its long gone now. Funny thing is two of my neighbor's have just got every member of the family a scooter. One of them has a V-10 work, a Hummer H-2, and a supercharged dodge viper... and what looks like a yamaha majestic. The other one has a Vespa with...

    Steering damper

Ive got a steering damper for my bike, but i havent figured out mounting it to my bike. The mount on the fork tube seems pretty straight forward, but how do you mount them to the frame? Pictures would be great.

    cb350 v. cb360? What the difference?

Ok, this is what i know. The CB350 came in two varieties, K and F. The K is the twin, and is actually 325cc's, and the F is the four cylinder and is closer to 350. The funny thing is the twin (36HP) has more horsepower then the four (34HP). The 360 is also a twin, but also has less HP...

help on CB750 Super Sport rearsets

From what i understand, the disk brake should be easier to hook up the the drums. You would simply hook up the 750 hydraulic cylinder the same way the 929 cylinder was hooked up. If i remember correctly the brake switches are even the same.

    CB450 triple tree clamp on a CB550?

I know the CB500 and CB550 trees go into the 350, im pretty sure the 450 trees work too, the stem length may be off though. I just picked up a CB500 triple off ebay, it has the removable bar clamps. Might be useless though, since i think i have 37mm forks... i think ill have to get a CB550SC...

    125, scratch that, 135!!! :-o

I suck at tuning. Im scientifically oriented, and i get the concept, but for me a good tune is something that runs without grenading the motor, and can still idle. We've got rearsets and brakes, and tanks and seats; im thinking we need a engine tuning, and a suspension wheel and tire sections.

    125, scratch that, 135!!! :-o

According to your numbers, you would hit 150 somewhere around 9-9.5K. That things got to be in PERFECT tune! Whats the redline on that thing? Oh yea, and speaking of the Flats, anyone else going to speed week this year?

    Triple Tree help

Somewhere i found a list of triple tree dimensions, i think it was on this sight but i cant seem to find it anywhere. Anyone know what the dimensions of the CB350 tree are (I have one on my bike, but i dont know what bits one is suppose to measure)? Also, what trees fit into a 350 that could...

    New Bike?

ive got a CB350 that runs, but is a long way from done. Earlier today though i found a GT750 water buffalo for sale in my area for $250. Ive always been interested in 2-strokes, but do you guys think it would be worth it? $250 would buy a sweet set of rear-sets... BTW- if anyone else is...
