I'm not against big tires at all. I think they look cool. And I agree. On a 20hp bike at best. What's the difference anyway. I have lowered the forks on mine about 2" and I completely agree it wakes it up a bit. I would be very interested in a spoke kit once available. Same with a fork brace...

Fyi, 32mm seat post clamps for bicycles fit the fork tubes. It made it really easy and clean to make headlight ears with. Cut some ally plate and hand finish with a file and it turns out pretty nice. Bicycle parts are easy to come by where I live.

Different front forks will really beef up the front. I've never liked those super long leading axle forks. You don't need to look for crf450 forks tho. Even my 1990 cr had usd. Buy an old junk dirt bike with a blown motor.

I removed mine. Was planing on putting another one lower but haven't gotten around to it yet. Crd and other sr250 builds I've seen have also done the same without replacing it. Mines not on the road at the moment so I'm not sure how it feels

If your checking the valve clearance only, don't remove the head. Remove those large looking circular bolts in the pic you posted. They are there for that reason. Headlight made a huge difference. As far as the paint, I would try rattle can personally. Bbq paint works pretty good on exhaust to...

I was referring to the yz 80/85 wheel size.

No it wont. You need to have battery power.

Just to point out, it sounds like you went the wrong direction with the sprocket. Bigger front or smaller rear for speed. Smaller front will provide more acceleration.
