Finally completed mods to stock 2015 Icon. No fancy fabrication...just removal of OEM components and bolted on aftermarket stuff...replaced exhaust, front and rear suspension, tires and seat. Removed swing arm and relocated license plate and light; added headlight grill, rear rack, skid plate...

Replaced crappy pegs on Ducati Scrambler with a set of SW Motechs....big improvement!

Replaced silver side panels with black

Just arrived...finally! Ordered it back in December. I plan to put a few miles on it as is; then think about what mods are called for.
