    So i got my bike running great, fixed the carbs leaking gas.. "cleaned them" Now... The previous owner drilled holes in the stock pipes and on decel it pops quite a bit Im thinking to replace the pipes, or could i maybe just replace the muffler part with something else?     Quick rattle job, bars on, running GREAT!

    So i gave it a quick rattle can job, got my bars on (upside down clubmans) and been riding it 7 days a week! I call it the skunk I lost one of the side covers, somewhere between home and work so i have a temp one :)

    So while trying to remove the metal brackets on the side of my tank a few weeks ago, gas starts coming out!! I had a small hole in my tank!! so I find one on E-bay, buy it and it looks to be in good shape, but has a crazy paint job. so I spend 2 weeks as I can.. sanding, priming, sanding...

    I thought so too, I unscrewed the little chrome cover and it's just the plastic box but i don't see how it opens

    do you just pop it off each carb and pull the whole box out? or can you open it some how to get to the filter?

    fuel line from tank to carb, too long?

    Hey, do you guys think you really need as straight as possible line from tank to carb? i put a new tank on (new to me) and i put a inline filter between petcock and carb, i'm wondering if i have too much line or it is not downward enough? or once started will it suck it through? thanks! LOK

    Thanks! I re-routed this evening.. i don't have a tank or seat or anything on the bike right now but I have 2 big ass loops.. lol but the throttle works good again! ;D maybe i will run again to see if I can make look a little better.. I really just wanna get some shorter cables

    Thanks! so, i have clubmans on now (cb 750) and I put them on upside down "on purpose" :) so.. it's not like they are really low.. and they are not higher.. but for some reason the difference is making my throttle too tight i'm hoping that i can route in a way that will make the throttle easier

    so after swapping bars.. my throttle is just a little to tight.. like it doesn't spring back.. do you guys think I can just undo them at the throttle side and reroute better and lube maybe? is it easy to get out of the throttle housing? any tricks/tips? thanks! -LOK

    clubmans, i'm gonna put them on upside down

    I am still painting.. went to put on my clubmans today and with the big stock seat and stock pegs... just for kicks I mounted them up upside down.. and i think it looks pretty good and feels great!

    just curious.. I'm painting my tank, got my clubmans.. but my seat is a stocker and just got re done before I got this bike. not wanting to spend money and actually liking the seat that is on it, with it and my stock foot control setup, will the clubmans be ok? if anyone has a setup like this...
