So I am letting this one go, if anyone is interested. I am moving, and as much as I wanted the $600 CB400f two week ago and this CB160 for $400 now, I can't realistically take on these projects and store them because I am moving in 2 weeks. So... there is a 1965 Honda CB160 for sale in Flagstaff, AZ, right now. I can't link to the CL ad because the guy took it down for some reason (but I just talked to him, and he still has the bike -- dude is, uh, "eccentric"?). He sent me some photos -- bike is all there, mostly together, with a few bits and pieces in boxes (headlight bucket and speedo). Engine and carbs are complete and on the bike. Seat looks to be in good shape. Some rust -- shocks, light surface rust on fenders, bolt heads. No lens on tail light. No rubber on front pegs. Frame is black, but tank is white. chrome tank sides look good, no rubber for them (might be in boxes?). Fenders look straight. got the original tool box, don't know if it has the tool kit. Stock exhaust, can't tell what shape it is in. Carbs have plastic shoved into them to presumable block anything from entering -- no stock air filters. Engine is "stuck". No title, but an easy fix here in AZ (ask me how! -- and no, not an expensive bonded title). Forks and fork ears look straight, stock bars and switches. You could likely just part this out and make $, or it might be as simple as putting oil into the cylinders, putting it in gear, and rocking it a little to get it free. I am going an hour away from there today to pick up a BSA engine, and was going to get this bike too, but like I said, too much for me to handle at this point. Don't call me, but call him at 928-202-8654. like I said, dude's eccentric, but this is a killer opportunity and I've got to pass on it.

No you wouldn't! Because I'm not selling them. The 400F sold two weeks ago. As far as I know the guy in Flagstaff still has the 160.

Hahaha.. I totally misread your OP. Sorry man. They both do sound like good deals. Too bad I'm too many states away. Its good deals but not if I have to pay uship or drive 1500 miles.
