1968 Kawasaki Headlight/speedo combo & Kawi S2 gas tank! (with more PICS!)

Hey guys,
I've got a headlight/speedo up for grabs. I picked this up earlier thinking I'd simplify the cleanup of my KZ by having the speedometer in the headlight. Great idea, but the project's heading in a completely different direction now.

Speedometer has a 3" diameter. Headlight is 4 1/2" wide.

The Good:
Headlight's in pretty good condition, no real damage other than nearly forty years of use. Chrome's still pretty nice without any real rust chewing away at it. New 12 volt bulb, with a spare, installed. Will come with the fully-functional 80mph speedometer and cable. The odometer has 3,691 miles on it.

The Bad:
Not much other than the neutral and speedo light bulbs burnt out. You'll need to install some LEDs or do more research than I did to find NOS bulbs.

I'm looking for a KZ tank, old pudding bowl helmets, and 36mm clip-ons. I'm also willing to see what other flotsam's floating around in your garages and workshops, so let me know what you got!

Hey guys, I'm going to add a decent Kawasaki ('73?) S2 gas tank to the list here. Not pretty, but definitely not in poor, functional condition. (EDIT) One small dent of the right side of the tank, old paint, and minor surface rust inside. Comes with the non-locking gas cap. Let me know what you got, I'm down to trade!

Here are the pictures of the S2 fuel tank.

Lower tunnel width is 6 1/4" wide. Upper tunnel width is 4 1/2".

I do have the gas cap, latch, and pins.

length and height of the tank? the shape is crazy close to what i want to make out of fiberglass... if the dimensions are right, a hammer and some putty could make that tank perfect.

I'll get you the dimensions this afternoon! I wish I could've used the tank myself, I like the longer and narrower profile of the tank compared to my KZ's tank. Alas, the triple backbone of the 750's frame made that difficult. I'll be in touch!

Sorry for the extended delay in getting the info to you, family got rear ended by some jack hole outta Murfreesboro. Been dealing with insurance since then. Anyhow...

Tank measurements
Length: 22" Height: 8"
Bow: 4 1/2" Tunnel Height: 6"
Widest point: 10" Tunnel Width: 6 1/4"
Stern: 8"

The tunnel runs at an angle for about 12" then "levels" out to a 90' angle on either side (if that makes sense ???).

The C2SS speedo/headlight has found a new home. I still have the gas tank if anyone's interested.
