1971 CB500 Four Selling All Parts...Now With Pictures!

Hello all! I live in Atlanta, GA, and am unfortunately forced to part company with my CB 500 Four project. I intended to rebuild the bike and had nearly all parts to do so, but time, and an impending move are forcing me to do otherwise...the bike is mostly disassembled, and I have nearly everything up for grabs including...

I have pretty much everything you'd need for one of these bikes, and am not looking for a lot of $$...just trying to recoup some of my cost. I have 2 complete engines, 1 which supposedly needed new rings according to the PO, and the other which needed a new clutch according to him...(I bought a nice used clutch off Ebay and will include or sell separately. Please let me know what you need, and make me an offer. I will send pics on request or try to post some in the next few days. The bike was a bit of a basket case. It had sat outside for several years. Some parts are in better shape than others, and I will describe their conditions as best I can. Thanks, and I hope some of these parts find their way onto your project!

-Matt

Please check out the pictures and see if you need anything...still have a lot of stuff to sell

Re: 1971 CB500 Four Selling All Parts

I'm starting a 72 project this winter. Post some pics, I may be grabbing a ton of stuff off of you. Thanks!

Re: 1971 CB500 Four Selling All Parts

I do not have the side covers or emblems...they did not come with the project. So far, I've sold the tank, gasket set, caliper, and carbs, but still have a ton of stuff left! Will post pictures this weekend if I get the time. Thanks for all the interest! If you have a particular need, please let me know...I've most likely got it.

Interested in the shocks and the two finned side covers.
What brand are the shocks?

PM me with a price shipped to 29730.

Did you get my PM? Still interested in more info on the shocks and a price on the finned covers.

hi matt i'm interested in the finned covers as well, let me knopw if they're still available.
thanks,
hiep.

I'm afraid everything is gone except the Honda Fours Clymer manual. Sorry! If its any comfort, the seat was a stock pan which had been recovered at some point with a really "sponge-y" foam and ok cover...definitely useable, but certainly not the best option...thanks for your interest
