Here are just some basic websites that everyone uses. EBAY The parts might be expensive but its a good base to compare prices.

Here are some seats:
http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=cl350+seat+cafe&_sacat=0&_dmpt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&_odkw=cl350+seat&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313

I would switch out your engine cover screws with these. They are difficult to strip and they look much better..also easier to remove and put back on:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270314684171&crlp=1_263602_263622&ff4=263602_263622&viewitem=&guid=1c13dde812a0a06c1af650e6ffe55e73&rvr_id=&ua=WVS%3F&itemid=270314684171#ht_500wt_956

Basically just type in "CL350" (don't really know if year matters, I always type in my year) in your search bar and you should find many OEM, original, and after market parts. Also a very awesome website you should use as reference is www.bikebandit.com This website will give you every part on your bike. Here is a link to your motorcycles parts (thought I'd take that extra step):
http://www.bikebandit.com/houseofmotorcycles/1972-honda-motorcycle-cl350k4/o/m9205

-Hope that helped and good luck with this build,
Michael
