1974 Cl450

So, I procrastinate on everything. However, I figure it's time to get my build thread up.
About a year ago I bought this '74 cl450. It is my first bike and only vehicle.
This is how the bike looked when I first picked it up(although I've this far lacked any skills/resources for any major changes to the overall look.)

The first chance I had to work on my bike, I pulled the tank off and used some metal rescue to get rid of the rust. It worked like a charm, I had also seen in a post to put screws in and shake the tank, which helped to lift the remaining 10% or so of the oxidation in my tank. Simultaneously, I threw on a pair of clubman bars that my friend had given me.
This had been my first time ever working on anything mechanical, although I'd hardly call what I did anything more than testing the waters.

Here's a couple of pictures of subtle upgrades so far.
Took some satin black rattle can to the taillight housing and put a new taillight.
Threw on one of the 7" satin black headlight buckets on as well.

nice work so far
except for those clubman handlebars they look horrible and you have them set in a really terrible unsafe position
you had some nice standard type bars on there why did you go backwards ?

Yea I've since then changed the position, although once I get it running again I think I'm gonna throw the super bike bars back on.

Alright so I rewired my bike and got her running again!
However when I switch the headlight switch to the low or high position, my fuse blows. Does anyone have any advice?
