Liking the artwork ideas floating around
Really like the idea of a polished frame, something a bit different, and looking real good
Look forward to seeing the artwork unfold
Hey thank you.. I'm a little different and it will defiantly show up in my projects, hahahaa.. I've actually got quite a few different things planned for this bike.. 1 example.. I'm expecting some artillery brass next week, I plan on using those for my turn signal housing and I'll be using some .50 cal brass as stems, etc..
Thanks again for your time and kind words of encouragement.

I really liked how the bike came out when you polished off the bits.
Thanks.. It did look pretty good there.. I spent so much time polishing I just wanted to see what it looked like before I tore it all apart..haahaa..

Loving the WW2 inspiration. Maybe you could do the triangle side cover, and rivet the shield to it.
Looking great, keep it coming.
thank you sir.. I do enjoy painting up WWII stuff.. here's a shotgun I finished up a few weeks ago.. It's defiantly one of kind and totally different, much like this build will be..
As for the side cover thing.. I’m actually going to try to mount it in the center, that way it will appear to be floating between the frame.. haha Hey I got to me and try it at least.. one way or another I’ll figure it out thou..

I agree totally. Stripping and polishing the frame like that looks great. I'm gonna keep an eye on this build.
Hey thanks big guy. I'm glad you like it (so far) cool.. I've got another major picture dump coming up this weekend, that you might find interesting too..

Hey Chris.. I went down to home depot and got a gallon of for $27.00 (ish)... it took a total of 4 coats, one coat per side.. I pressured washed it off and dried it between coats.. it was really efficient IMO, the total time was just under 2hr for everything, including cleanup.. But it is freaking nasty!.. long sleeves, goggles, mask, etc is highly recommended sir..
Hope that helps..
Shaun.
Here is what the frame looked like after the first coat was applied and washed off..
