I just picked up another project bike this evening, it seems to be in pretty good shape except for the hug handle bars and aftermarket megaphone exhaust system.

Super cool bike, looks like it has aluminum wheels?

I'm use to seeing the alloy rims... What interests me is the double disk front end. Euro model? Or I'd guess a conversion to a U.S. model?

Yes the rims are alloy.

I was reading last night about the double disc, they came as a single and you could buy the other side as an option.

My plan is to do a mild cafe conversion and not hack it up to much.

I didn't like that bike that much when I first saw it, and the more I looked at it the more it grew on me. I'll be the fourth owner of the bike.
