1975 CB125s Switches

Hello,
I am new to the site and relatively new to cafe building as well. I've started off with a basic 75 cb125s and want to slowly build my knowledge as I build a sweet bike.

What I would like to know is how I go about changing out my switches to external wiring so i can change my handlebars to some sweet clubmans that I found. I've searched around a lot and have yet found a straight forward answer. I was wondering if anyone that has done a 125 build can point me toward some sweet switches that would work with my stock 6 volt set up.

Any guidance is very much appreciated. THANKS!!

First, the controls don't care what kind of voltage they're tied in to. As far as wire routing, I just notched the controls with a dremel so that I didn't have to re snake the wires through the bars. It's not as pretty as running them internally, but I'm not riding a show bike either.

So just to make sure, this kill/headlight switch WILL work with my 75 cb125s?

Just want clarity before I purchase. Thanks

Can anyone help me please? I recently bought a killswitch/headlight switch from dime city and also a similar horn/turn signal switch to install on my new handlebars. The wiring from the switches are different colors from the original internally wired stock switches. I was wondering how to install these switches on my 1975 cb125s wiring that is in the headlight. Do I just cut and solder to the original wires? I am new to this so don't be too harsh please. Just looking for a some helpful advice to get everything working so I can finally ride this beauty.
