There are a ton of "experts" on here that live to tell you everything you do wrong. Love me a good internet expert.
I don't get why some guys think a bike is not allowed to look good or that someone built a bike for looks only. My build looks great and runs and performs really well too. It's okay to have both.
Personally I like to look at sweet bikes online, gives inspiration. I think it's pretty awesome to have sites like Instagram for that very reason.
Also, I'm calling bullshit on the pods thing as well. I have seen and ridden Plenty of bikes with pods that run GREat. And I never have agreed with the "must have a fork brace" statement either. They didn't have one from the factory and they are fine without them. And don't tell me that flimsy piece of steel that is a fender mount does anything to brace the fork.
I've been to this guys shop, seen his work. He is a for real full time, top notch builder. We should welcome guys like that to this group. When you pick apart the work of a pro you kind of sound like a fool.
