So I picked this bike up after a series of trades but basically a set of pit bike forks got me this gem of a machine. The bike was almost completely there minus the airbox, but every part that could be broken is. All blinkers headlight taillight front brake lever and wiring was a mess. And to kick it all off the engine was seized. (Seized pistons).

Started work on a custom seat. I will have to remove the seat support seen in first pic so I can remake a one longer. Also picked up some padding for the seat now to find an old leather jacket preferably a tan colored one

Removed all the caked pistons and did a quick clean up on one. Doesn't look to bad definitely need new rings. Also started cleaning the block and sanded one side cover a little just to see .

Sorry but what is the 180, 320 and 600 grit? I have some cleaning I need to do and that looks pretty good.

Grades of sandpaper. If you get the black wet/dry sand paper works really good. If you go as hi as 1000 grit and use water you can get a mirror finish.
