Before anyone else can say it ...

With that rear hoop your wheel will hit. It is dangerous and you will need to check your clearance at full compression....

Sorry couldn't resist. Can't wait to see what you do with it.

Alright another build....................cool.

Love watching how these take shape.

Trying to at least get this a roller quick, then maybe a runner by summer’s end or winter. The custom tank came with a CB750 I traded for, and I kinda like it. I have some TL1000r stuff for the front end, but right now only two right, bent forks. I ordered a matching good set from EBay to install properly.

Share plenty of detailed rear end work shots.

As I got this spare 400F sitting here doing nothing.

Well I can't see the rear wheel in the shot so it should suffice...

Subframe looks good. Mono-shock conversion?

Thanks. That's the plan. GS500 complete rear end, minus wheel, on the way. I have a few options in storage here, but that's one I think will work well, and should measure up the best.

The front end is sorted (TL1000r front end/GL1000 wheel). Measuring up for the GS500 rear end. I need to figure out a wheel option, if I want to do away with the CB550 drum.
