This bike can be considered a parts bike.

Most of the parts (engine, frame, wheels, brakes, tank etc) are there.
I wouldn't consider trying to make it operational due to the ridiculous hack job on the frame by the previous owner in trying to make a custom bike out of it.

Oops, I haven't been monitering the thread.

The bike belongs to a friend of mine.

Might have been a while ago, but I completely rebuilt the engine I have, stripped the paint off it etc. already, and like you say, the frame is pretty much worthless, especially with no ownership. I'd focus the sale as a parts lot with photos of all the other bits and pieces - those, along with the engine are where the value is.

Luckily enough, it was sold last night and the guy that bought it will be using it as a parts bike.
