Front Stock : 110/90-19
Reat Stock : 130/90-16

I've finally gotten to the limit of my current tires (front especially) from the heat this summer, I was hoping to get through the rest of the season (and still am) but my front has finally achieved a nice band of bald down the center.. (new 5 seasons ago, close to 10k miles) fun times in the rain believe me.

so I was looking at getting a set of Avon's front/rear but I'm not seeing my stock tire sizes.
they recommend a 100/90-19 on the front (AM26 Universal 57V) and AM26 MT90-16 (74V) which is the equivalent to the stock 130/90-16 and is reinforced. I'm assuming that 9mm drop on the front isn't noticeable and wont affect my riding.

my question is what are the implications of going to a larger front tire (instead of smaller) and a size up on the rear? how does this affect handling? my riding is almost exclusively 'spirited' freeway riding 30 miles in a straight line each way.

what sizes have other CB's run front/rear on 19f/16r without modification? ii would like to go a size up if it's easily done I've read rear max is about 150.

Just asked that ? And from what I can gather 150 on the back is the max but it should probably be a 150/70/16 and you may be able to go up one in the front but down one won't hurt anything.
