Slow progress. hope she's done soon. Seat hoops are harder to bend ”nice” than we planned. Any suggestions?

Pulled the exhausts, got rid of the ”muffler” megga paperweight. And plannong to make a two into 1 from stock header.

Ya, that muffler is just plain GROSS, huh? I actually just threw mine away. I still had it for some stupid reason.

How are you going to brace that seat post?

It is the brace. The seat has a tongue in the front. And will be on a seat hoop welded to the frame. The post is a creative way to get a cantiliver look. The seat is quite a bit longer than my bum so most of my weight will be foreward on the tongue, and hoop weld area. We are still in the mock up phaze and its tacked on. Our other option would be to bring two braces up from the rear frame to the seat hoop. We were just going for max visual impact. 16gage Steele, feels solid?

Now that I look again, I can see that its hitting the down tube. I didnt see that before.

Ok, its been a while and I thought we were at a stand still. Im back with report. I have been working hard, to make money. To buy a rat buell beasty I fell in love with... : But today I got back in the garage. I put the headlamp all back together, inspected plumbing... And all my cables were wrong... So I pulled the forks, reran throttle lines and clutch. Put it back together , only to realize the throttle cables were still outside my triple tree. So, apart the front came again. Finally It back together. The front now has led snake head indicators.

Tomorrow I will get bolts for the spacers to lower my stock gages. Order a smaller sealed battery, pod filters, gators, and new jets for carbs.

Later on that day... My homie Dr.Dre came through with a gang and tanquerey and a fat ass ... But no really later, my personal metal guru came home and we made a sweet tail hoop! Then he tacked the underseat pan and we mocked up!
