1981 CB750F DOHC

So I've had my CB750 for a few months and thought it was about time to look at building it into a cafe racer of some sort. The bike is a japanese import and has done 80,000 kms but all in all it is in pretty tidy condition. There is paint damage on the tank where the brake reservoir has leaked and there is a hole rusted through in both mufflers. Besides that the bike runs extremely well.

I'd love to know what this light means on the speedo? Anyone able to read japanese?

Looking sharp! I love that color blue. I wish I would've went with an F model for a few reasons, including disc brakes front & back. I sure do like my spoke wheels though.
